Theresa Scotland is an accomplished administrative professional with a passion for healthcare innovation and strategic support. She currently works at Allina Health serving as the Executive Assistant to the Vice President of Operations: Ancillary Imaging, Interventional Radiology, Telehealth and support services. Theresa also works closely with operations and imaging directors, developing, high-level events and communications. She is responsible for coordinating logistics for meetings presentations, project management as well as streamlining administrative processes to reduce executive load. Previously, she served as the Senior Administrative Assistant within Allina Health Cancer Institute, providing comprehensive support to senior leadership, managing complex events, and handling sensitive information with discretion. Theresa holds a Masters degree in Public Administration with a minor in Human Resource Management from John Jay College of Criminal Justice including a Bachelor of Business Administration Management from Berkeley College in NYC.
