Michael Quinn Patton
Founder & CEO of Utilization-Focused Evaluation
Michael Quinn Patton brings 50 years of experience in evaluation and organizational development to his work as an educator, author and speaker. He has written more than a dozen books on evaluation, including Utilization-Focused Evaluation, Developmental Evaluation and Blue Marble Evaluation. He is a recognized thought leader and recipient of several major evaluation awards, including the EvalYouth Transformative Evaluator award for expanding intergenerational evaluation capacity globally.
Charmagne specializes in qualitative research methods and utilization-focused developmental evaluation. She brings nearly two decades of program design, implementation and evaluation experience from across a range of fields, including international development and global education. She is also co-founder of Blue Marble Evaluation, a global evaluation network supporting evaluation across borders, and a mentor for the EvalYouth global network.

Tyler Zabriskie
Tyler Zabriskie is a global leadership consultant, organizational development professional, and executive coach with more than 35 years of experience across six continents. He led global change management for World Vision International and served as Senior VP of International Programs for Alight. As founder of Zabriskie Consulting, he has worked with organizations such as USAID, Mercy Corps, Habitat for Humanity, Walmart, and the Ford Foundation to strengthen leadership, foster collaboration, and guide complex change. With an MBA from UCLA, an MA in Intercultural Studies from Fuller Seminary, and certification as an Action Inquiry coach, Tyler is recognized for helping leaders and teams from many cultures create trust, navigate complexity, and achieve sustainable impact.

Sadie Paschke is the founder of Anthralytic, a firm making social impact strategy and evaluation accessible for resource-constrained organizations through a hybrid SaaS and consulting model. Drawing on 15 years of experience in international development, she creates practical AI tools to empower non-profits to make smarter, data-driven decisions. Her AI-assisted workflow is the subject of a case study in a forthcoming book by the International Evaluation Research Group (INTEVAL).

Stacy Barnes, Co-Director of Alight U.S., plays a key leadership role in the organization’s work across the United States, designing programs that help newcomers find jobs, access housing and healthcare, and navigate complex systems with greater ease. A seasoned design strategist with a background at IDEO and IDEO.org, Stacy has partnered with global nonprofits and Fortune 100 companies to co-create solutions that are both imaginative and deeply grounded in real-world needs. At Alight, she brings ideas to life through deep listening, creative experimentation, and system design that reflects what people truly need to move forward. Her superpower: turning the process of integration into a pathway for connection, belonging, and lasting opportunity.
