• Initial list building – who are you going to ask for support?

• Moving people up the engagement ladder from curious to supporter to donor

• Using peer-support to grow your donor base

• Creating a process for donor stewardship, including automation and online tools as appropriate

• Building a calendar of campaigns for the year (wait – what’s a campaign?)

Participants will leave the session with an overview of options to build regular, unrestricted giving for your mission work.
