Ivan Torres is a strategic consultant and MBA candidate at the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management, specializing in finance, strategy, and leadership. He is the Founder and Principal of Hue & Voice Consulting, a DBE and CERT certified firm focused on equity centered engagement, organizational strategy, and experiential design. Ivan brings experience leading public engagement, business operations, and cross sector collaborations across Minnesota for clients such as MnDOT, the Metropolitan Council, and regional cities,bridging community insight with strategic decision making. A graduate of the Humphrey School of Public Affairs, Ivan’s work centers on creating inclusive systems where communities of color have equitable access to resources, decision making power, and opportunities for growth. Through the MINN Fellowship, he aims to strengthen global partnerships that advance climate sustainable development, and equitable governance.
