I am a second-year Master of Public Policy student at the University of Minnesota's Humphrey School, concentrating on Global Public Policy. I previously earned a BA in International Studies from ADA University and completed internships at the Central Bank of Azerbaijan, the Consulate General of Azerbaijan in Istanbul, and the Institute for Development and Diplomacy. My work has focused on international cooperation, public communication, and policy research. I have also volunteered on community-focused projects supporting displaced populations. With a strong interest in global governance, refugee issues, and cross-cultural dialogue, I strive to contribute to inclusive international development and community engagement.
