MINN Networking Lunch at Holy Land Deli

At their last event, MINN members braved ice and snow to gather with friends and colleagues over a hearty, Mideast inspired lunch. A group of 26 came together at Holy Land Restaurant in Northeast Minneapolis to share stories and catch up with one another.

These lunchtime gatherings provide an opportunity for NGO professionals from dozens of organizations to share best practices. Every meeting provides an incredible display of the talent and dedication found right here in the Twin Cities for causes that reach every corner of the globe.

On Monday, September 8, 2008, MINN and the Minnesota Council of Nonprofits (MCN) hosted If Microfinance is the Answer, What is the Question? International Experts Share Stories from the Field. This great educational event – the first-ever collaboration between MINN and MCN – attracted many new faces, as well as several familiar ones. The event featured three experts in the field of international microfinance who shared their experiences with 85 attendees at the Dorsey Ewald Conference Center in St. Paul.
