Seeking new Fellows Co-Chairs
MINN is currently looking for volunteer team leads to advance volunteer programming for our Fellows Team. New Co-Chairs will have the opportunity to partner with existing volunteer leadership. Below please find description of the Fellows Co-Chair volunteer leadership opportunities:
Commitment to the goals of the MINN Fellows Program:
1) Foster diverse viewpoints;
2) Encourage professional enrichment;
3) Pursue networking opportunities;
4) Build long lasting relationships;
5) Elevate voices and pass the microphone.
Fellows Co-Chairs participate in recruiting and onboarding the new MINN Fellows cohort in the fall. In addition, Co-Chairs facilitate two public events per year for MINN Fellows as well as two to three in-person, group meetings with the Fellows. Throughout the duration of the fellowship, Co-Chairs provide regular support and feedback to MINN Fellows. Co-Chairs serve as a liaison between the MINN Board and Fellows team volunteers.
Relationship focused with the ability to act as a connector for Fellows to opportunities, networks, and individuals;
Equity centered: ability to identify blind spots in MINN Fellows programming and hold team to high standards in diversity, equity, and inclusion; project management;
Experience working as a member of a team;
Familiarity with Google Drive;
Comfortable with various forms of virtual communications;
International development experience preferred.
