MINN seeking a Volunteer Manager
The Minnesota International NGO Network (MINN) is seeking a part-time Volunteer Manager to work with the co-chairs of the Summit and Program Committees to ensure effective recruitment, onboarding, and management of volunteers. MINN volunteers provide support for MINN programs throughout the year, and staff the annual day-long MINN Summit event.
Key responsibilities include:
- The primary role of the Volunteer Manager is to work with the MINN Summit and Program Committee Co-Chairs by recruiting, onboarding, and managing communication with potential volunteers and onboarding new volunteers.
- Assist with other business needs identified by the MINN Board of Directors and will work closely with the President and Vice President of the Board of Directors.
- The Volunteer Manager is a leadership position within MINN and provides a great opportunity to make a difference for a volunteer-run organization.
This position is compensated through a fixed price contract of $300.00 per month and is intended to average 18-22 hours per month.
