This is a unique opportunity for NGO professionals, and those interested in international development work, to attend a presentation on the fundamental components of effective program evaluation.  The presentation explores the “Top 10 reasons you might use evaluation…” and how your organization may begin developing or improving your evaluation practices. Join us as we learn from a professional program evaluator through the use of best practices.

Presenter: GaleMason-Chagil

Gale presents in her capacity as the Secretary of the Minnesota Evaluation Association (MN EA).  Gale is also the President of Cultural Inquiry Consulting LLC where she has developed and implemented program evaluation and conducted applied research in education and non-profit sectors for more than ten years. Gale is holds a Ph.D. in Anthropology with a minor in educational policy and administration from the University of Minnesota.
