Humphrey Institute Int'l Capstone Project - Request for Proposals

The Humphrey Institute of Public Affairs at the University of Minnesota (U.S.) is now accepting proposals from organizations for its International Capstone Project for the academic year 2010-2011. We invite you to submit a proposal for a project in your organization that you would like to be completed by Humphrey graduate students, as part of their professional learning experience. We are looking for project proposals that pertain to international social, political, economic or environmental concerns.

If you would like to submit a project proposal for your organization, please read the description and guidelines given in the request for proposals (RFP) that is attached.Proposals should be prepared in accordance with the instructions in the RFP. Please address your proposal and/or questions to:

All project proposals must be submitted by August 20, 2010 to the above email addresses. A confirmation of receipt will be returned for all received project proposals.

Evaluation of proposals and selection of the Client organization's project will be completed shortly after the
proposed submission deadline. The selected Client will then be notified and will be contacted to schedule a meeting with the Capstone team. The Client and the Capstone team will work together towards the completion of the project over the 2010-2011 academic year (September to
May).
