We all love living in Minnesota, with its dramatic April snowstorms, but many of us want to stay connected to global passions. Some find a connection by working in the international sector, others volunteer at organizations like ARAHA, and many more are renewing their MINN memberships.

On a regular basis, I am in awe of MINN volunteers. Since its inception in 2005, MINN has been a volunteer-led organization blessed with incredibly talented and passionate individuals. As we look forward to celebrating National Volunteer Week (April 15-21, 2018), I’d like to share some MINN volunteer highlights
A volunteer role on the MINN Summit team is rewarding and provides the opportunity to strengthen your skills, build a stronger network, and broaden your understanding of the international development industry. The committee meets monthly with additional volunteer commitment between 2-5 hours per month. The MINN Summit team is looking for individuals to volunteer in the following roles:
MINN welcomes its new Outreach Manager, Alyssa Scott. Alyssa brings a wealth of experience from her roles in the communications and development sectors that will be a strong addition to the Outreach Manager position. As a communications professional, she enjoys trying new things to improve communications and branding strategies. In her development roles, she has sheparded in stronger systems for data management, secured a Bush event sponsorship, and managed giving strategies.
